Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

What are the return conditions for Ekavir?

Most of our products can be returned and refunded for domestic orders. Some items are made to order and cannot be returned. The return and exchange instructions for each product are clearly indicated on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If the product is eligible for return, you can email us at sales@ekavir.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return and refund. The products can only be returned if they are not used, not used, they are not washed, they are not damaged, they are completely intact with all the labels and tags, in their original packaging and they are only authorized to return them.

How are returns processed?

As soon as you request a product return by email or phone, an item pickup will be arranged. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. This item is returned to our warehouse, where our quality control team reviews it. As soon as the product has passed the quality control, a refund will start. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of doing so. Email us at sales@ekavir.com to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel the order yourself on the site. Ekavir reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior confirmation from the customer and may examine any order before sending it to the customer, including verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

 

How can I get a refund for my canceled or returned product?

For prepaid orders, the money will be refunded to the bank account / credit / debit card from which the payment was made. For delivery notes, customers must provide the bank details with which they wish to receive the refund.

How long does it take to get a refund for a canceled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Cancellation of an order. In case of return, we will refund the money once the product has reached our warehouse and quality control has been carried out. Please note that this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return is collected.

 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return all eligible products for return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

My clothes don't fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not match and you want a new size, please ask customer service for a size change within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit changes may be available for orders to India. Our team will endeavor to assist you with all size changes and changes based on availability. If the size you requested is not available, we offer you the option to return the product.
